01 VISION OF THE MINISTRY

Empower disciple makers to sustain growing discipleship movement of Central Asia. “VBI”

Called to sustain, provide income and prevent labor migration of the key leaders of the discipleship movement in the region of the Central Asia.

02 CHALLENGES
IN ACHIEVING MINISTRY GOALS

•Tajikistan has one of the longest borders with Afghanistan, 1,500 kilometres;

•99% of the population are Muslims;

•After the Soviet Union collapsed, Central Asian Republics became one of the poorest region in Eurasia;

•Out of 80 million people, almost 35 million travels to work in Russia regularly;

•67% of the population is young, under the age of 35;

•We are in a historical “moment”;

•Whenever we start discipleship movements we are faced with the problem of a lack of financial sustainability. Sports equipment, evangelism and discipleship resources, and funds are needed. Without them the entire movement we are building will be very limited in its success.

•My personal experience: 6 years in largest private company, 1 year in China, 2 years in Government State Unity as an main expert of mini size business development.

03 WHAT WE DO

TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES

1. We accept proposals only from those who agree to make disciples in the life, ministry business(at the least in one of that aspects of their lives) or they are obedient disciples;

2. Every applicant goes through the process of incubation(zoom calls) there are is where we work with them through they business models, marketing plan, pricing, investments returns, discipleship strategies, products, business model canvas;

3. Then we give time to set upall theory in to practice on the stage from an “idea to the product”.When they testing they product and market- we mentoring them at that time;

4. Stage from product prototype to the first clients to understand a feedback of the clients. All this stages don’t require any investments beside of what they can cover from they pockets;

5. When we see that the person is obedient and “hungry” for the income we starting process of the investments negotiation. Calculating pay backs;

6. Person sign a documents with all conditions about investments;

Main rule: WE AREN’T AN A LOAN ORGANIZATION WHICH JUST FOCUSED ON TO LOAN PEOPLE AND COLLECT BACK LOANS.We really want to see discipleship moment sustainability.
