They arrested the apostles and put them in the public jail. But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail and brought them out. “Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people all about this new life.”

This past month was filled with many blessings and concerns at the same time.
Security Context of the geopolitical situation in the region because Afghanistan is still very unstable.

Religious security context:
In a context of multiplication of the disciples and house churches, all key leaders are experiencing persecution from local authorities. So myself have been arrested and kept for 24 hours right from one of the house churches with local Gypsies when I was visiting them. So they kept me with investigation and questioning on why and how we distribute printed copies of the Bible. Yes, it’s very sad and dangerous for me and my family but this fact clearly shows us that we are on the right path in spreading His Word.
At the same time, our hearts were filled with joy and gratitude to God for the multiplication of the obedient leaders from all over Tajikistan. For that reason, we had 25 local 3rd-generation disciples for the Leadership Multiplication School. All those leaders came from areas mostly populated with Muslims, to work on their characters as leaders, discipleship as their lifestyle, how to lead house church in their area, and how to use sport and business to start discipleship. To experience that in a school program, they went through practice all together.
After they went back to their locations: 12 house of peace start’s DBS, 2 house churches have been planted after 2 weeks, more than 2000 kids heard the Gospel in the summer sport camps led by School participants.
After School three family churches agreed to regularly visit their hometowns in southern Tajikistan to find people of peace and start DBS at their houses.
We are celebrating distribution NT hard copies in Afghanistan, which were distributed among 80 people, members of the 8 families of the peace.
We continue to use sport and reach out coaches with the Gospel as a tool to enter into Muslim communities and families. Right now we continue regular work with 16 muslim coaches, which allows us to share the Gospel with more than 400 kids and their parents. This summer it helps us to share the Gospel with the entire Muslim community and start follow-up work in 4 different regions of Tajikistan.
Business Incubator keeps serving our vision to support church planters and the most obedient disciples from their house churches, which helps us to sustain 20 house churches economically and spiritually. This past season another portion of the small businesses have been supported by our incubator and 12 church planters have been mentored on how they can start their small business to support their families and churches.
Testimony: Where to go for a person of peace, we are searching for wisdom and vision from the Holy Spirit. I have been praying to reach the neighboring country, Afghanistan. I was fasting at the beginning of this year. And when I was listening to worship songs on YouTube, ads pumped up showing that 600 km(400 miles) away from my house, the government of Uzbekistan built for trade, center on the border with Afghanistan for trade relationships with the Talibans. Please pray while we plan to visit this place for a prayer walk and search for a person of peace.
Needs and opportunities:
⁃ Pray for the eastern region of Tajikistan named “Pamir”. We are in the process of generating contacts in this area to start visiting them next year, to find a person of peace. Most of their relatives work and live in Moscow Russia. In Russia, we gather them at the house churches. Now those from Moscow want to share the Gospel with their relatives back in Tajikistan in the Pamir. Pray for this region. Very dangerous area located on the Afghan border.
⁃ Pray for the retreat, training, and camps center for Central Asia in Tajikistan. We find a very good and not expensive camp area for sale. Pray to be able to buy it and use it for all our movement.
⁃ Pray for the gathering of 30 key house church leaders from Central Asia and Russia for encouragement and bringing all to the same understanding about house churches and discipleship
⁃ Pray for Afghan refugees who kept staying at their homes because of the fear of deportation back to Afghanistan. It created a huge food and income crisis in their families. They have a lot of daily needs.
